What a busy year it was!
We fully embraced the new "pay per video" monetization model and it's been serving us well ever since - addressing the inherent flaws of the subscription model, allowing us to better understand your preferences (as a result focusing the site on themes of pissing and pee desperation) and to relocate the content you don't care about to a new site; and, of course, securing the kind of income we need to ensure our ability to stay fully committed to providing you the best service we possibly can!
A lot of improvements to your experience were made over the year. We took steps to ensure you can more easily find great content you came here for - by adding a "featured" tab and a range of tags for the most popular series and subthemes. We overhauled video comments into a reviews system, and many of you already had the opportunity to benefit from the 20% cashback in tokens it came with. Not to mention numerous smaller changes aimed at having a site that is both pleasant and functional. This is something we are always looking at and something we will continue improving in 2025.
We also had a look at our support methods and implemented solving all payment-related matters through the site itself. This saw a considerable reduction in tickets made at the Support Hub. Next year we will continue to explore the best ways of interacting with our fantastic community with a stronger emphasis on reaching out and expanding our audience - perhaps through social media and similar.
It would be tempting to describe our payment methods situation this year as volatile, however this has always been the reality of operating in the niche, as such we're accustomed to it. Our PayPal solution came back online in February, but went down again come November; as of today its future remains unclear. We fully appreciate the importance of having easy and comfortable "pay in 1 click" payment methods, so we are always on the lookout for alternatives and solutions, with some hopefully becoming available in the upcoming year. That being said, third-party solutions usually come with ridiculous fees, so Crypto payments and Binance Gift Cards remain a solid option for those of you who'd like to get your tokens cheaper.
A relatively novel challenge we started to tackle this year is the growing trend of producers taking drastic measures to limit availability of their content. For us it meant an increased difficulty of procurement and in some cases we had to raise our prices accordingly. Nevertheless, we are committed to delivering you updates of your favorite brands like Peeing-Outdoors, Wandering Voyeur, Darknet Desperation or RealDroplet! That being said, this situation put a greater emphasis on preservation of content - because this days, when something is lost it's often difficult and sometimes even impossible to get ahold of again. As such, we did a great deal of work behind the scenes, introducing backups and redundancies aimed to ensure your favorite library of content is not going anywhere.
All in all, the continued success of our business lies in answering three questions: "Who to sell?" (an established and ever-growing audience we nurture and provide best experience for); "How to sell?" (a diverse range of payment methods that are comfortable to use and cover the countries of our European and American audience); "What to sell?" (an expanding library of content covering our popular themes). These questions are equally difficult and equally important - and we will continue looking for the best answers to them in the coming year.
