Based on our experience with using the Support Hub, we believe it would be best to resolve all the typical and recurrent payment-related matters at the site itself. Here is the list of matters we added the site forms for:
- Sending us Binance Gift Card keys;
- Looking up PayPal and Crypto payments, when tokens were not issued automatically;
- Informing us about the uploaded Bounty videos (no need to fill out an additional form anymore)
With this change, Support Hub becomes more true to its name and remains as a site where you can read our news, ask about our policy or business decisions, get help with some extraordinary issues (like an account deactivation) and also report videos. In essence, Support Hub was limited to matters that need to be addressed at length, or that require a thorough analysis.
As a result, we anticipate a Support Hub account will no longer be necessary for the majority of our customers.
Additionally, Support Hub now only covers our Vids.rip site - other sites of ours are fully covered by forms at the sites themselves.
