However, over the years we discovered it was a pretty flawed idea (which is why we don't have them anymore at Vids 2.0) for the following reasons:
most people are hesitant to pay large amount at once and tend to settle for minimal plans, aka low demand;
the niche we operate in makes any sort of promise for something to be available "forever" unrealistic;
once a member makes a "Lifetime" payment they stop bringing income, which considering a limited audience in the fetish niche can become problematic in long-term.With that being said, we still wanted to have some way to improve the experience for our returning customers as well as encourage the long-term commitment to membership as well as what is called "brand loyalty".
Hence the VIP. So what is this? It is basically a special status (user group) for your support forum account, which enhances your time at Vids in two ways:

- Priority Support - your tickets get highlighted to stand out from the rest, allowing us to prioritize accordingly.
And the best part - you don't really have to do anything specific to obtain it - other than being our member organically. Just drop us a message at the Questions forums whenever your lifetime payments amount for our sites (Vids.rip and/or Poop.rip) reaches $500*
In addition, we can sometimes award it to our exceptional members in good standing, for making particularly valuable contributions over the years they've been with us - aka honorary VIP.
